Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are properly attached.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
